Spock is an Elf . . .

I'm not sure why I never realized this before. And maybe people will look at this and go, duh . . . or What are you smokin'?

But here's what I'm thinking, and I'm also thinking about Tolkien's elves, or the tall kind, versus the small kind.

They are all tall, very tall, they reason in ways different from 'mankind', pointed ears (duh), stronger than regular men (well, doesn't Spock have at least the vulcan pinch), and are dignified.
